Shipping
All orders at rawearcanada.ca for Riders Awareness and RA Woof Wear are processed for packaging and shipped bi-weekly. Orders may take 15-20 days to ship and be received, pending your order date and shipping pick-up days scheduled at RA.
All orders are made custom per order. All orders are able to be customized with your name, barn logo or custom design at an additional cost. All custom order requests must be emailed to RA within 24 hours of your order being placed. With a confirmed customized order, please allow an addition 5 days from the 15-20 listed above for shipping from the date of order payment.
For new orders or on returns and store credits. Pease allow up to 14-16 business days once placing your order to receive your shipping tracking number via email and your order number for RA Wear Canada.
RA Wear Canada currently only offers shipping within Canada and the United States. International Shipping and orders must be emailed in as a custom order for a shipping quote before receiving invoice for your order

Return Policy
Any eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only at rawearcanada.ca. Returns must be made within 30 days of the ship date received, with a confirmed shipping tracking number from your order. RA Wear Canada will not accept any returns after 30 days or without any proof of purchase.
*Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from deodorant, odor, make-up or wear) with all labels and product tags attached.
*Defective items must be reported to rawearcanada@gmail.com within 48 hours received shipment via email with photographic proof of defect. If not reported, RA Wear Canada will not issue credit.
*If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package for arrangements via email.

* A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. This fee will reflect your store credit or charged via site or invoice to your email.

Exchanges
At rawearcanada.ca we do not do exchanges. Our products are made on demand and are all customizable by our clients. Sending back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want/wanted at that time. Most items stocked on a limited number bases.
However, simply returning your package/item by following the normal return procedure listed above and below. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return and inspected it. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

Return Procedure
1) Print or include your original order confirmation slip with item(s) being returned. A copy should have been provided with your items upon delivery. Please note without providing an order number your return will not be processed.
2) Pack your item(s) in the original product packaging, if possible. And tape any open areas that may be exposed to the elements in transport. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. No returns or exchanges on sale items.
3) All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your own records.

Credit
Credit for the returned merchandise will be processed once product is received by Riders Awareness. Please allow 5-10 business days for return processing once received. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form our a gift card / coupon code to your email.
Cancelling or Changing an Order

Any changes to your order or cancellations must be received by rawearcanada.ca within 24hours of your order confirmation email.

For any order changes or add ons please provide us with your order number and what changes you would like made. You will then be contacted by RA to confirm any details provided in your email.
